The Justinian Society of Philadelphia will honor Scott F. Cooper , 2010 chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association , at a reception next month.
The reception will begin at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 10 at the Union League of Philadelphia, 140 South Broad St. A noon luncheon will follow.
