Steven E. Bizar of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney will participate as a panelist in a Philadelphia Bar Association program that will focus on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals’ Dec. 30 decision in In re Hydrogen Peroxide — a case in which Bizar represented the defendants. The lunch panel discussion will be presented by the business litigation and federal courts committees of the bar association.

Craig D. Mills of Buchanan Ingersoll and Robert R. Baron Jr. of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll will moderate the discussion. Federal judges from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania will present “Views from the Bench,” which will examine the case and reflect on how it might affect the litigation of future class actions. Roberta Liebenberg of Fine Kaplan & Black will participate as a panelist.
