A Florida attorney who objected to the way in which plaintiffs lawyers organized leadership of the Ozempic multidistrict litigation doubled down after two more members were added to the proposed team.

Sarah Foster, of Schlesinger Law Offices in Fort Lauderdale, insisted she and others were excluded from the leadership process, which wasn’t transparent and open. In an April 5 filing, she pointed to the last-minute addition of two lawyers, one of whom, Marcus Susen, of Susen Law Group in Fort Lauderdale, was initially rejected by the proposed co-lead attorneys of the team.
