Honda Motor Corp., Alkota Cleaning Systems and other defendants were slapped with a product liability lawsuit on Oct. 18 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit, filed by Smith Mirabella Blake on behalf of Pedro Quinones Reyes, accuses the defendants of producing a defective power washer that caught on fire and engulfed the plaintiff in flames.
