A Pennsylvania federal judge denied all parties’ motions for summary judgment in a slip-and-fall suit, determining that while Burlington was liable for failing to preserve pertinent video evidence, its failure did not necessitate an entry of judgment in favor of the defendants.

U.S. District Judge Cynthia M. Rufe of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied Burlington’s motion for partial summary judgment only as to claims for punitive damages against it in a slip-and-fall case, as well as Kellermeyer Bergensons Services’ (KBS) and its subcontractor Kim and Sanford Gray’s separate motions for summary judgment on all claims against them.
