For Moye, broadening diversity at all levels of the legal community is a professional and personal goal. In 2019, he was Clark Hill’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow and participated in the intensive, year-long professional development program for attorneys identified as future leaders. Moye brought those teachings back to the firm and applies them with his current colleagues and with future generations of potential young legal talent through mentorship and volunteering time with nonprofit and community-based organizations. He is an active member of Clark Hill’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is co-chair of its THRIVE affinity group.

Moye doesn’t just “talk the talk,” he “walks the walk.” He chose to build his new home in Pittsburgh’s Hill District, an area better known for attracting federal development dollars than upscale home buyers. He loves to interact with the neighborhood youngsters who come by to chat, ask about what he does for a living and how he achieved success.
