Rosenbleeth has been involved in some of greater Philadelphia's most transformative projects, including representing Gattuso Development and its partners with a $290 million construction loan for a state-of-the-art mixed-use development in University City. Once completed, the marquee project is expected to be Philadelphia's largest life sciences project featuring approximately 520,000 square feet of lab and 12,000 square feet of retail space. SmartLabs and Drexel University have preleased 45% of the lab space. The project, targeted to achieve LEED Gold Certification, is set to be the largest research and lab facility in Philadelphia, which will enhance the greater Philadelphia region as one of the nation's top life sciences hubs. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in quarter four of 2024.
