Brockstedt is the firm’s lead partner in the firm’s injury litigation department. His past success included serving as class counsel and a member of the steering committee in the Bradley/Beebe pediatric sex abuse class action case that resolved for an unprecedented $123 million, recovering a $13 million verdict in Bailey v. Beebe Medical Center, a nursing home negligence case, and several multimillion-dollar recoveries in motor vehicle collisions, nursing home abuse cases, and for workplace injuries.

Over the last decade, Brockstedt has developed a flourishing mass tort and class action practice. In addition to the Bradley/Beebe matter, he is co-lead counsel and class counsel in an environmental pollution case alleging groundwater and air contamination against Mountaire Corp. Most recently, he co-led the team that obtained a $205 million class action settlement in Millsboro, Delaware for property damages and personal injuries related to air and groundwater contamination claims.
