In January 2022, the firm’s Philadelphia office participated in the PDLG Fellows Program, which employs a first-year, diverse-identifying law student as a summer associate. With this program, Peet began cultivating the office’s diverse-attorney pipeline.

Separately, she spearheaded the office’s growth in the last 12 months. Peet recruited several associates, business service professionals, and two lateral partners. Her leadership does not end at the local level; she is an elected member of the firm’s nationwide Advisory Committee, serving as a sounding board for the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives. She is also a member of Jackson Lewis’ Women’s Interest Network (WIN), a resource group for the firm’s women attorneys committed to internal and external DEI efforts.
