Berry, a Democrat, is the Delaware County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court. In this position Berry has ruled on legal petitions, presided over hearings, and modernized the office to make services more accessible and transparent.
Over her more than 30-year career, Sutphin, who is running both as a Republican and Democrat, has worked in Big Law, as general counsel, a public defender and a solo practitioner.
