Pennsylvania has joined a coalition of 21 attorneys general in an amicus brief in support of the government in two U.S. Supreme Court cases concerning President Joe Biden’s student loan debt cancellation initiative.

The attorneys general, including those in California, Delaware, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, filed the amicus brief in Biden v. Nebraska and Department of Education v. Brown.
