Alan P. Fox, chair of Capehart Scatchard’s alternative energy department and co-chair of the real estate and land use department, was a speaker for a national continuing legal education webinar held on Dec. 13, and hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI).

Fox’s topic was solar and wind land use and zoning issues, which is a part of his land use law practice. He discussed the various factors that contribute to New Jersey’s and the nation’s growth and development of the solar industry, including federal and state tax incentive programs.
