A Pennsylvania man’s hostile work environment allegations, as well as religious and gender discrimination claims, will continue after a federal judge determined that his employer did not take steps to properly correct and eliminate the harassment.

A federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania denied a motion for summary judgment on Sept. 29 from the defendant, Energy Transfer Partners, a Texas-based natural gas company, after determining that a jury could establish liability for Ryan William Lockhart’s claim of a hostile work environment, as issues of fact still remained.
