Charles F. McElwee, partner at Ciprani & Werner in Harrisburg, died peacefully on Aug. 31 at home in Hershey at the age of 68, surrounded by his family, according to an obituary by the family.

With over 40 years of litigation experience, McElwee was a respected attorney who enjoyed the practice of law. He concentrated his practice in workers’ compensation and employment matters. He was a mentor, counsel and empathetic confidante to colleagues, clients and friends.
