Conrad O’Brien associate Meghan Farley recently presented to approximately 40 incoming Fulbright scholars from all over the world on their constitutional rights as non-citizens in America.

This presentation was part of a summer program for Fulbright scholars hosted by Drexel University that aims to help them prepare for their time studying here by getting them acquainted with the day-to-day realities of American culture and life as a graduate student in America. She discussed the First, Second, Fourth and Fifth Amendments, and issues surrounding LGBTQ+ protections, drug laws, landlord-tenant laws, Title IX and consent.
