The contentious 2019 retirement party for longtime former Daily News and Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Stuart Bykofsky has drawn its second lawsuit.

Late last month, the parent company for the storied newspapers sued Bykofsky in Philadelphia court, alleging that the retired writer has breached the non-disparagement clause in the separation agreement he signed with the company when he shared videos of the combative retirement party and commented on the event to news outlets.
