Streater has been an active alumnus of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group (PDLG). In 2021, he has moderated panels to diverse law students by sharing his perspective as to what it takes to matriculate to and to be successful at plaintiff and defense law firms.

For his DEI contributions to practicing attorneys, Streater is board member to the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia where in his role as corresponding secretary, he is responsible, among other things, for coordinating with legal employers and recruiters who seek diversify their ranks by informing the membership of job opportunities. In addition, Streeter coordinated PLI’s Medical Marijuana and Hemp Law Symposium with a focus of showcasing diverse talent in the legal profession and in legal adjacent professions for various panels during the symposium. Further, he, along with other firm lawyers, published a legal scholarly article titled: Antitrust as Antiracism: Antitrust as a Partial Cure for System Racism (and Other Systemic “Isms”) in [identify publication]. Streater and some of his co-authors have given multiple presentations about the article to, for instance, Rutgers Law School, the National Association of Attorneys’ General, and as a CLE in partnership with the Barristers. Attorneys from the firm and the Barristers attended the CLE.
