A former staffer at Pond Lehocky Giordano has sued the firm, alleging it fired him for seeking accommodations to treat and monitor his cancer.

The lawsuit marks the second time in less than a month that the leading workers’ compensation law firm has been sued by a former employee. The new suits come nearly two years after the law firm laid off more than 70 workers following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
