Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote signed a 15-year lease to move into Four Gateway Center in its headquarters city of Pittsburgh by April 2025, closing out nearly four decades of occupancy at Two PPG Place.

The move, which broker JLL said is the largest law firm transaction in Pittsburgh since before the COVID-19 pandemic, exemplifies firms’ efforts nationwide to leverage their advantage in a current tenant-favoring real estate market to negotiate office upgrades in order to entice personnel back to the office.
