Spirit Airlines and its board of directors were slapped with a securities lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by the Grabar Law Office on behalf of Jeffrey D. Justice, arises from the proposed merger between Spirit Airlines and Frontier for $6.6 billion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-01079, Justice, II v. Spirit Airlines, Inc. et al.
