Tucker Arensberg has welcomed Courtney Helbling to the firm. Helbling focuses her practice on bankruptcy, insolvency and creditor’s rights.

Prior to working at Tucker, Helbling served four years as a judicial law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Thomas P. Agresti of the Western District of Pennsylvania. After her judicial clerkship, she served assistant district attorney in the Crawford County District Attorney’s Office where she represented the commonwealth of Pennsylvania prosecuting crimes ranging from summary appeals to felonies.
