Thomas Leonard III, the longtime chairman of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, has passed on the reins of leadership to his vice chair, David Nasatir, who has set forth a vision of “owning” the suburban Philadelphia legal market.

“It is time to make way for the next generation,” Leonard said in a statement. “I am confident that Dave has the entrepreneurial drive and vision to build upon the foundations now in place to continue growing the firm while ensuring that our clients receive the level of service and commitment to which they are accustomed.”
