Saxton & Stump, which spun off from Stevens & Lee in 2015, has brought on a three-lawyer team from Stevens & Lee’s franchise law subsidiary, including the subsidiary’s president and co-founder.

As of Tuesday, Thomas Kent, co-founder and former president of Kent Franchise Law Group, and Amanda Dempsey are part of Saxton & Stump’s Malvern office, where they are tasked with leading the firm’s franchising practice. They are joined by a senior counsel and paralegal also from their previous firm.
