Lawyers at Cipriani & Werner on Wednesday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Comprehensive Healthcare Management Services, HCSG Labor Supply and other defendants to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky on behalf of April Carroll, who alleges a relative contracted COVID-19 due to the defendants’ negligence. The case is 2:21-cv-01298, Carroll v. Comprehensive Healthcare Management Services, LLC et al.
