Richard Thomson and Justin E. Kerner of Ballard Spahr have entered appearances for Wells Fargo Bank N.A. in a pending lawsuit. The complaint was filed July 27 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by attorney Predrag Filipovic on behalf of brothers Judson A. Rideout, Jay J. Rideout and Joseph M. Rideout. The suit accuses Wells Fargo of enabling estate fraud by allowing accounts to be opened in the plaintiffs’ names without their knowledge. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark A Kearney, is 2:21-cv-03326, Rideout, Et Al. v. Wells Fargo Bank N.A.
