Greenberg Traurig says it has filled gaps in the bench strength of its intellectual property and real estate groups with the addition of two Philadelphia shareholders with roots at local firms.
Departing an associate in-house general counsel role at Philadelphia-based private equity firm Rubenstein Partners, R. David Walker started at Greenberg on July 26. Before going to Rubenstein, he was a member in the real estate group at Cozen O’Connor.
