Following is a listing of executive and legislative action for the week of May 10. Both houses of the General Assembly were in recess at press time. The Pennsylvania Senate and state House of Representatives were each scheduled to return to session May 24.

Reopening Pennsylvania

Gov. Tom Wolf on May 11 announced that maximum occupancy would increase to 50% of capacity for indoor events and 75% for outdoor gatherings. The new ground rules, which represent a significant relaxing of COVID-19 capacity standards, were scheduled to take effect Monday.
