After spending nine years in-house and in public service, Scott W. Brady, a former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania who resigned in February, is returning to Jones Day as a partner in the firm’s investigations and white-collar defense practice.

Leaders at the Cleveland, Ohio-based global law firm said in a statement released Monday that Brady will defend clients in complex criminal investigations, conduct internal and regulatory investigations and provide counsel on government enforcement actions.
