The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has suspended Philadelphia lawyer Allan Marshall for neglecting clients in serious predicaments such as foreclosure, eviction and landlord/tenant cases.

According to the Disciplinary Board, Marshall’s case was made worse by the fact that he showed no remorse for his conduct, which led to one couple losing their home. The disciplinary matter involved the neglect of three cases involving Joseph and Carrie Diamond, Kariann Betancourt, and Christine Liskowicz.
