Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Paula Patrick has vacated the decision she made earlier this month dismissing a lawsuit that a fellow city judge filed against Anapol Weiss and another attorney over a referral fee from a more than $1 million settlement. The judge also signaled the case may be referred to an out-of-county jurist.
