Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman and Goggin’s chairman planned to retire this year, but the coronavirus put a wrench in those plans. Now, he’ll stay on as chairman emeritus, effective Jan. 1, 2021, with plans to mentor his successors for the year following his retirement.

Marshall Dennehey announced this week that Christopher Dougherty—chairman of the board of directors, executive committee chairman and director of the professional liabilities working group—will step down at the start of the New Year, making way for colleagues to enter positions of leadership at the firm. Dougherty has been at the firm for nearly three decades.
