H. Jeffrey Brahin of the Brahin Law Offices was set to present a seminar titled “Confessions of Judgment—the Good, the Bad and the Ugly” at the 2020 Pennsylvania Bar Institute Real Estate Institute.

The seminar was a comprehensive overview of confessions of judgment, including the drafting and negotiating of the cognovit clause, entering and executing the judgment, petitions to strike and open the judgment, and appeals.
