White and Williams is rearranging top-level management positions to usher in the “next generation” of leadership at the Philadelphia-based firm.

Managing partner Patricia Santelle, who has led the firm for the past seven years as its first female managing partner and chair of the executive committee, will transition to the role of chair emeritus. Longtime partner Andrew F. Susko is slated to take over as managing partner and chair of the executive committee, and partner Michael S. Olsan, chair of the commercial litigation department, will be named the executive committee’s vice chair.
