President Donald Trump‘s reelection campaign followed through on its promise to challenge the election outcome in Pennsylvania by filing late Monday a lawsuit raising a broad legal challenge to the way numerous state Boards of Elections counted and tallied votes.

The suit, filed by Porter Wright Morris & Arthur attorneys in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, cited to news coverage of election problems, as well as observations of unnamed poll watchers and observers in raising a host of allegations, including a lack of transparency regarding canvassing mail-in ballots and disparate treatment of potentially defective ballots.
