A federal court in Pennsylvania has become the latest jurisdiction to order the U.S. Postal Service to roll back changes it made to its services earlier this year, finding that Pennsylvania, Delaware, California and other states would suffer irreparable harm if the operational changes are allowed to continue.

U.S. District Judge Gerald McHugh of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Monday imposed a nationwide injunction on Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, finding that changes he imposed after taking on the role earlier this year have diminished mail services and pose a threat to the mail-in voting systems of six states, as well as D.C.
