Krabbendam recently joined the firm’s Title IX, due process & campus disciplinary practice area, becoming a central team member. She evaluates the cases on intake, develops the litigation strategy, and has done much of the briefing on cases where the firm has enjoyed considerable success. She also tracks legal and legislative developments and keeps team members apprised of changes and key decisions.

She has also developed expertise and her own book of business within the federal E-rate (Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism) program. She works with technology companies to develop and monitor internal programs to ensure compliance with competitive bidding and gift rule requirements arising out this program.
