The name partners and equal shareholders of Philadelphia plaintiffs firm Golomb & Honik have found themselves at odds over how to dissolve their partnership, though they agree on one thing: they need to split up.

Separately filed lawsuits brought by Richard Golomb and Ruben Honik were consolidated in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas on Monday. According to Golomb’s complaint, the two parties agreed to mediate their dispute in June, but mediation came to an end in late July. Both parties filed complaints in Philadelphia shortly after that.
