Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that former Sen. John C. Rafferty Jr. re-joined the firm after serving four terms as the Pennsylvania State Senator for the 44th District. He previously practiced with the firm in the mid-1990s.

Rafferty will be of counsel with the firm. He served as the chairman of the Senate transportation committee, vice chairman of the judiciary committee, and member of the appropriations, consumer protection and professional licensure and law and justice committees.
