Office of Disciplinary Counsel v. Oakley, PICS Case No. 17-1233 (Pa. July 13, 2017) per curiam (24 pages)

Respondent was disciplined for failing to file a verified Statement of Compliance after she was administratively suspended for failing to renew her law license, for failing to advise clients whom she had represented in an action against a home builder that resulted in a judgment that she could no longer represent them and by corresponding with clients’ mortgage holder on their behalf, promising payment and misrepresenting that she would pursue declaratory relief in court to have the judgment satisfied.
