Respondent was disciplined for furnishing things of value, including use of a beach house, to a judge in exchange for the judge’s appointment of a particular arbitrator in a matter before the court and respondent’s full and complete cooperation with the United States Attorney’s office, his lack of a prior record and his remorse led to a five-year suspension of his license.
