The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has upheld the denial of a new trial to Harrisburg lawyer Richard C. Angino and his wife stemming from their car crash lawsuit.

Carlson of the Middle District of Pennsylvania’s finding in favor of Cincinnati Insurance Co., which argued in Angino’s underinsured motorist case that his neck and back pain were due to age, not the result of a car crash that rattled the 75-year-old and his wife.
