The three incoming justices of the state Supreme Court will be sworn into office during separate ceremonies beginning next week, the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts has announced.

The newly elected justices are set to be installed at special sessions of the Supreme Court, beginning with the swearing-in of Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Administrative Judge Kevin M. Dougherty. The ceremony is scheduled for 4 p.m. Jan. 5 at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Chief Justice Thomas G. Saylor will swear Dougherty into office, the AOPC said.
