An alleged victim who is suing Penn State over sexual abuse by Jerry Sandusky has asked a Philadelphia judge to compel the deposition testimony of former university President Graham Spanier in the civil case.

Last week, the alleged victim, referred to in court papers as John Doe D, filed a motion in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to compel Spanier to give deposition testimony in the case. A hearing has been set on the issue for March 9.
