After pleading guilty to accepting a $2,000 Tiffany bracelet as a bribe, former Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge Thomasine Tynes has been sentenced to prison.

Chester County Court of Common Pleas Senior Judge Thomas Gavin, presiding over Tynes’ case in Philadelphia, handed down Wednesday a sentence of 11-and-a-half to 23 months in prison to run concurrently with the 71-year-old Tyne’s existing two-year federal prison sentence, according to media reports. Her attorney, Louis R. Busico, did not return an email seeking comment.
