Plaintiffs awarded for alleged injuries

A jury awarded $21,936 to a driver and passenger who claimed multiple injuries in a rear-ender. Jamisha Johnson was driving with Lasonya McClellan when they were hit by Jung Choi. Choi acknowledged that he was in a rush, and the defense did not strongly dispute liability. The plaintiffs both claimed cervical, lumbar and thoracic injuries. Johnson claimed a hip injury and McClellan claimed a knee injury.
