Strasburger & Price has added six lateral hires in three Texas offices, including five lawyers from Fort Worth-based Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, which had begun to shutter its doors at the end of 2016.

The former Shannon Gracey lawyers include Katarzyna “Kasia” Brozynski, an intellectual property attorney who joined Strasburger as a partner in Dallas; real estate attorney Barbara Kennedy, who joined as of counsel in that office; Michael Cenatiempo, who joined as of counsel in the taxes and estates group in Houston; and Antonio Devora and Sorana Georgiana Ban, who joined as IP associates in the Collin County office. Warren Hoffman, a former shareholder in Winstead who handles corporate and transactional work, joined Strasburger as a partner in Houston.
