Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Houston-based Enbridge Energy Partners and Enbridge Inc. on a new joint venture with Marathon Petroleum Corp. to acquire a 36.75 percent interest in the Bakken Pipeline System from an affiliate of Energy Transfer Partners LP and Sunoco Logistics Partners for $2 billion in cash.
