Christopher Kratovil, a member in Dykema Cox Smith’s litigation department, will become managing member of the firm’s Dallas office June 1.

Kratovil succeeds Bill Finkelstein, who will step down from his management role and transition his full-time practice to serving as senior counsel. Kratovil said he and Finkelstein, who has managed the office for three years, will serve as co-office managing members until June 1.
