A former chicken processing plant worker who sued his former employer Tyson Foods for alleged negligence in a workplace accident has filed a spoliation motion seeking sanctions against the company for alleged removal of evidence.
The worker alleges that Tyson Foods removed and will no longer provide for his inspection what is known as “a cheater bar.”
