Plaintiff & garbage truck driver disputed who changed lanes

On Aug. 18, A driver who claimed cervical, thoracic, lumbar, left knee and right elbow sprains and strains, as well as loose teeth, lost his case. Alfonzo Lacy was driving a sedan. Gilberto Campos was in the middle lane in a 2005 Mack garbage truck, and Sarah C. McDaniel was in the left lane in a 2007 Ford Fusion. Lacy and Campos collided, and this impact was to Lacy’s left side and Campos’ front right. Campos then braked, and Lacy lost control of her vehicle and hit the median. McDaniel then hit Lacy, after which Campos hit Lacy. The jury found only Lacy negligent.
